Shipping Info: Physical merch orders are packed as best as possible to prevent damage from occurring in transit.

If your order combines any pre-order items with items that are already released, your order will only be shipped once all items in the order are available.

Vinyl record orders from within the United States are shipped directly from the record label using USPS Media Mail. Media Mail includes tracking information but is not insured by default. Insurance is available by request for an extra fee. Please contact yukonpunch [at] gmail.com before purchasing if you'd like to insure your order.

Orders for apparel are shipped with USPS First Class. Orders that combine apparel and vinyl records will typically be shipped with USPS Priority Mail.

U.S. orders generally ship within 4 days.

Vinyl record orders from outside the United States are shipped from Triple Vision's warehouse in the Netherlands. International orders generally ship within one week of purchasing.
Return Policy: Merch sales are final. In the unlikely event of receiving merch that is damaged or defective, please contact yukonpunch [at] gmail.com to request a refund. Refunds are issued at the discretion of the record label.

The record label is not responsible for uninsured packages that are lost by the shipping carrier, or packages lost due to a mistake or error on the buyer's part.
